Flash Electronics was founded in Northern California.
1999
Asteel was founded in Neuilly Plaisance, near Paris.
1999 to 2008
Asteel experiences a period of tremendous growth through
organic increases, expansion of the manufacturing footprint
in Europe and Africa and several acquisitions.
January 2008
Acquisition of MRP in Bedford, England.
February 2008
Asteel acquires Flash Electronics, a leading American EMS company founded in 1994 with production sites in the
United States and China. The AsteelFlash Group is created.
Today, the company has 16 production sites on four continents, with over 102 410 m2 of production surface area and over
3 900 employees.
January 2009
Merger of all the electronic sites in France under AsteelFlash Europe.
