Asteelflash is actively looking for a talented Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor lead our warehouse team here in Fremont, CA. The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and drive continuous improvement in activities involved with logistics and fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the following functions of logistic and order fulfillment
- Provides quality service delivery (accurate and on-time) to internal and external customers
- Identify and drive process improvements that increases transactional efficiency and improver customer satisfaction
- Provides transportation support for inbound, customer delivery for all US West plant logistics
- Establish clear and measurable goals to determine individual and team results
- Performs team member evaluations accurately, fairly and on time
- Balances workload as required by the business
- Ensures department is compliant with corporate policy, ISO registrations and other registrations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or level of knowledge that would be normally obtained of an AA degree
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in fulfillment activities

The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $65,000 – $95,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience.
