The AMERICAS region has 2 sites (one in the USA and one in Mexico) with +300 employees.


Today, we are looking for a Sales Director anywhere in the USA (remote work possible).



Grow business revenue in the assigned region and accounts, consistent with the company revenue goal.
Motivate team members to collectively achieve the revenue goal assigned to them.



  • Influence company manufacturing and operation team in all regions to grow the electronic manufacturing service business
  • Identify market and/or customer opportunities meeting with company strategic initiative for revenue growth
  • Lead a sales team in the assigned region to help the team grow revenue
  • Sell company’s value proposition to win new business
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage regional business development team in developing financial and operational plans to assure alignment with corporate and customer strategic objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct product, program, and customer analysis of prospective new business opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic planning process by defining current and future business requirements and target customers and industries.
  • Develop a business plan, oversee the development of quotations for new business and manage the sales cycle to achieve targeted revenue growth within the account.
  • Negotiate pricing and pricing models & contract negotiations.
  • Develop marketing strategies and ensures the best overall account solutions are defined and delivered



  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Relations, or similar.



  • Minimum 10 years of sales in the EMS sector
  • Experience in multi-region., Multicultural working environment (Or company)
  • Experienced in the technology sectors



  • Experience leading more than 6 people team of very experienced sales managers & large account managers.
  • Can travel (Both domestic and international) at short notice
  • Work with team seamlessly and exert influence when needed
  • Able to lead and have an impact on the business decision-making process
  • Proof of sales and revenue contribution credential in the past assignments/job
  • English & Chinese speaking is a must
