The EEMEA region has 6 sites (4 in Germany, one in the Czech Republic, and one in the UK) with +800 employees.

Today, our Bad Hersfeld facility (Germany) is looking for a Regional Director Finance (m/f/d) EEMEA.

Responsibilities

• Management of Finance, Controlling and Accounting in the region EEMEA with more than 15 employees in three countries.
• Within the Corporate standard of a publicly traded company responsibility for all finance, controlling, and accounting activities of seven legal entities in three countries.
• Development of analyzes and business cases for strategic planning and for optimizing the operational business of the business units.
• Reports to the EVP Region EEMEA and is part of the Regional Management Team with a strong dotted line to the Group CFO.
• Creation, coordination, and monitoring of budgets and forecasts of the business units in the EEMEA region.
• Responsible for all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, the forecast process, and the creation and validation of KPIs.
• Responsible for cash management of the region.
• Preparation of external and internal financial statements (HGB, tax, and IFRS).
• Harmonization and further development of existing processes within the Region and the Group.
• Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, and banks for all financial issues.

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in an international manufacturing environment, including min. 7 years in management.
• Work experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• IFRS fluent.
• Excellent analytical and strategic-conceptual skills.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, with good presentation skills.
• High self-motivation, excellent self-organization, and ability to implement.
• Team spirit and communication skills – also in an intercultural- environment.
