As a part of the implementation team, the position will be to train end-users, to give support to the production, to ensure roll-out and any upgrade of the application

Profile

• Expert in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• 7 years of progressive experience in the application area
• Good communication
• Project management
• Leader as well as a team player
• Well versed with MS Office
• Familiar with the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good at production trouble shootings and ensure system run smoothly 7*24hrs.
• Should be able to work with User base to gather requirement and offshore development team to deliver solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
• Skilled in SQL, Oracle, Visual Basic, Java, .NET, C, C#, ASP

Responsibilities

Support/Training

• Support user base with their issues and resolve their queries about functionality
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system bugs, interface breakdowns
• Train key users on the system capability and function
• When necessary should be able to work late hours and weekend

Projects /Process Improvement

• Play a key role in the implementation of QAD from Rock well automation.
• Work with the end user to gather requirement and get the development done from offshore development teams
• Analyze system capabilities for the end user and roll out new functionality as business and process changes
• Assist with the specification, design, development, installation, configuration, test, and integration of solutionsResponsibilities
