Corporate Senior Vice President Supply Chain
Vince Pradia has over 30 years of international materials, logistics and supply chain leadership experience, having spent the majority of his career within startup, growth and turnaround operational environments. Vince has spent more than 16 years (starting in 1979) of his professional career directly in an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) environment, starting his career path with Digital Equipment Corporation (storage manufacture) and Maxtor (disk drive manufacture) now known as Seagate.
He comes to AFG after completing more than 9 years at Flextronics International, an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider as their World Wide VP Materials. He is recognized as a key executive contributor to the growth and development of Flextronics materials and supply chain organization during his tenure. His global supply chain and diverse operations experience across many markets has led Vince to be globally recognized as a key executive leader in the materials and supply chain community by industry-leading customers, suppliers and peers. He has been directly involved in several global acquisitions, reengineering of large and small organization designs, all with undisputable customer service satisfaction results.
Vince holds an undergraduate degree (BS) in Business Management from Regis University, Denver, Colorado with a minor in Sociology, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force (Reserves) Officer Candidate School in Hospital Administration at Montgomery, Alabama with an emphasis on supply management; holding the current rank of Captain. Vince is in association with, and a current member of APICS in CSP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), ISM member in CPSM (Certified Profession in Supply Management) and C.P.M (Certified Purchasing Manager).
