MATTHEW LIU

Matthew Liu is AsteelFlash's Corporate Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Matthew Liu served as the CEO of Flash Electronics, a company he founded in 1994. Flash Electronics has since merged with Asteel in 2008 to create the group “AsteelFlash”. Under Mr. Liu's leadership, Flash has become one of the world's premier electronics manufacturing service (EMS) providers. With his order, the company has continuously expanded market share, and has successfully established manufacturing operations in Fremont, California, Shanghai, and Suzhou, China.
Prior to founding Flash Electronics, Mr. Liu was Co-founder & Vice President of Engineering for MultiSys, and Engineering Manager for the Westinghouse Electric Company. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Fu-Jen University in Taiwan, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas, and an MBA from Tsing-Hua University in China.
