CLAUDE SAVARD
Corporate Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As AsteelFlash's Group’s current Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Claude Savard oversees all of the company's financial and technological activities as well as its organizational development on a global scale. He is instrumental in implementing AsteelFlash's strategic plan, notably in relation to acquisitions and company integration projects. Claude brings many years of international financial expertise to support the major growth phase AsteelFlash is currently experiencing. Furthermore, he is a key member in evolving the company’s strategic vision and implementing results-oriented processes to benefit the engineering and production teams.
Having spent a dozen in a private accounting practice in one of America's large audit firms (BIG 4), Claude Savard successfully led a wide range of businesses: public, private, start-up and international. Combining expert analysis, a sense of creativity and a vast experience in financial and corporate spheres, Claude Savard is currently at the top of his career. His history of success extends to several areas of activities, including technology, communications, food, services and entertainment. Claude Savard is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
