Integration is at the heart of AsteelFlash's mission. We can deliver finished products such as electronic boards assembled in a plastic or metal case, fully tested and packaged.
Our electronic plants are equipped with the latest CMS assembly equipment, which is extremely precise and very flexible. Following automatic visual inspection, final tests are carried out by onsite testers (ICT) using mobile or functional probes.
Our engineering teams continually optimize the processes and adapt the assembly lines based on the products being manufactured.
Computerized systems ensure traceability by production lot and by electronic board, depending on your customer needs. Some plants have a RFID tracking system to prevent all errors in the delivered product.
AsteelFlash's teams are skilled at managing the obsolescence of components at the end of their life cycle. They will suggest alternative solutions (other sources, last buy orders or redesign), as best suits the situation.
